TOMORROWFRESH CHALLENGE

Article 1: Organizer

The contest is organized by Holifresh SA (BE 0673.840.489) as part of its “Challenge TomorrowFRESH” campaign, conducted in partnership with Tomorrowland.

This contest is not organized, sponsored, administered by, or associated with Tomorrowland or Loop Earplugs. Questions regarding the contest should be directed exclusively to Holifresh at marketing@holifresh.eu.

Article 2: Duration

The contest runs from July 9, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. to July 27, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Any entries submitted before or after this period will not be considered.

Article 3: Conditions of Participation

Participation is free (excluding any internet connection fees) and open to any adult residing in the European Union. The contest is available in French and English; these rules are binding in French.

Participants must:

• Be of legal age.
• Have played the Challenge TomorrowFRESH game and lasted at least 60 seconds without a “game over.”
• Have completed and submitted the entry form displayed at the end of the qualifying round.

Only the first valid entry submitted from a single email address will be accepted. The organizer reserves the right to invalidate any entry that does not comply with these rules, is incomplete, or is fraudulent (particularly in cases where automated tools are used to reach the 60-second threshold).

Article 4: Prize

The following prize will be awarded by random drawing:

• 1 copy of the “Tomorrowland x Loop Experience™ 2” product (value: €34.95).

The prize is strictly personal and non-transferable. Only the person who entered is eligible to receive it. No cash alternative will be offered, and the prize cannot be exchanged.

Article 5: Selection of the Winner

The contest will close on July 27, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. A random drawing will take place on August 10, 2026, from among all valid entries.

The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone to obtain their shipping information. They have 14 days from the initial contact to respond. If no response is received by that time, a new random drawing will be held under the same terms, and so on until a valid winner is selected.

The prize will be shipped to the winner during the month of August 2026.

Article 6: Liability

The organizer shall not be held liable for any technical issues preventing participation (malfunction of the contest, the entry form, or the participant’s internet connection), nor for any inability to contact the winner within the timeframe specified in Article 5.

Article 7: Protection of Personal Data

The data collected via the entry form (first name, last name, email, phone number, job title, company name, industry) will be used by Holifresh’s sales team to inform participants about its solutions. In accordance with the GDPR, participants have the right to access, correct, and delete their data by writing to marketing@holifresh.eu.

Article 8: Disputes

Any dispute regarding the application or interpretation of these rules will be settled by the organizer. The organizer’s decisions are final, and no legal recourse is available.

Article 9: Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

Article 10: Confidentiality

The winner’s name will not be made public in order to respect their privacy.
